III. Prerequisites to application:

1. Applicants must be students as of March 31, 2018(including Bachelor degree, Master degree, or Doctor degree course); of any nationality or major.
2. Those who have already received “PTSGI’s translation scholarship” should not be eligible for this scholarship.

IV. Translation work:

2. PTSGI will provide the source language document.

V. Application information: Registration via e-mail only (send the registration form and sample as attachments).

1. Application form, application statement, copy of student ID (front and reverse). If your student ID does not have the proper registration stamps, please attach relevant ID registration documents. (Attach with the other application documents 1.)

VI. Recipients: approx. 20 (subject to slight change based on student’s translation quality)

VII. Scholarship amount: NT$15,000 per person.

VIII. Evaluation:

1. Judges: PTSGI has hired translators with over 15 years of experience, as well as native speakers of the target language to act as judges.
2. Recipients will be selected after 4 rounds of evaluation.

IX. List of recipients: Recipients will be announced on January 15, 2018 on www.PTSGI.com

X. Award: The award will be granted from February to March, 2018, recipients will be notified separately of the time and place.

XI. Submission deadline: Please e-mail all documents listed in Item V to scholarship@ptsgi.com before September 30, 2017.

1. Please email your application before the deadline, we do not accept posted-in applications
2. After evaluation, those applications whose information is incorrect or incomplete by the submission deadline will be disqualified.
3. PTSGI will not reveal the contents or results of evaluation for any submissions.
