 VIII.Notes on Submission of Abstracts:
  1. Before submitting an abstract, please register on the Easychair Conference website (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ncl2024) and obtain an account before submitting the abstract.
  2. The name of the contributor, the university or department, e-mail address, abstract and keywords are required information, please fill in the complete form and upload the abstract as a PDF file. Please see the attached file or click on the following link: https://reurl.cc/bDbOOM.
  3. Abstracts should be submitted anonymously. If you are a student, please indicate the name of your supervising professor. Abstracts should be written in Chinese or English, one page only, and typed in 12-point Times New Roman or New Simplified Chinese, with a 2.54-centimeter border on the top, bottom, left, and right sides; the name of the supervising professor should be marked at the bottom of the title.
  4. Presentation will be in the form of oral report and poster in Chinese or English, and will be evaluated by the results of the review process.
  5. If you do not receive a confirmation letter after uploading your abstract to Easychair, please email us.
  6. Authors of accepted abstracts must authorize the publication of their papers on the conference website.
  7. After review and acceptance of the paper, the contributor may choose whether to authorize the publication of the full text of the paper with the Society to provide a link between the Society's members and the Society's participants in the online collection of the paper to be shared.
